We are looking for a Google Ads specialist who knows how to not just run ads, but manage the result: leads, sales, CPA, ROAS.
This is not an educational position and not "June from courses". We need a specialist who understands how Google Ads works in practice and is ready to be responsible for the numbers.
You will work with real projects (services, e-commerce), real budgets and clear KPIs.
Main duties
Creating, configuring and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) requests, bids, traffic quality
Working with conversions, events and analytics
Configuring and checking GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Preparing reports and analyzing results
Participating in scaling successful campaigns
Candidate requirements
Experience of working with Google Ads from 1 year
Practical experience of launching and optimizing campaigns
Understanding principles of auction, match types, Quality Score
Experience of working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Ability to work with numbers and make decisions based on data
Independence, responsibility, systematic approach to work
Availability of cases (with numbers - budgets, CPA, ROAS)
Desirable (but not required)
Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation
Clear tasks, a minimum of bureaucracy
