Hello, we are Marketing agency "Target"working with storese-Commerce direction and are currently developing a Google Ads team of specialists and are looking for 5 participants for it. In the company, each specialist works with a portfolio of clients and has the opportunity to develop an average of 10-15 clients, working with 10-30 advertising campaigns, depending on the grade.

Our job is to find the best ways to promote customers using and developing regulations.

We work according to the process:

• analysis;
• media plan;
• setting up Google Performance Max;
• business development until the moment of scaling;
• or immediately looking for client scaling in the existing business.

It is important for us:

• the ability to work clearly on what the client needs for income;
• the desire to find successful cases and share them with the team;
• constantly develop and train colleagues to become one of the best specialists;
• from 1 years of experience in PPC;
• experience of working with 5+ projects at the same time;
• work experience with E-com projects.

Main duties:

• realization of the ROI plan in the portfolio of clients;
• formation of cases and knowledge base in working with clients together with the team;
• conducting audits for the compliance of sites Merchant Center requirements;
• registration and configuration of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Center accounts;
• configuration and optimization of advertising campaigns;
• creation of strategies for projects;
• launching effective advertising campaigns;
• increasing turnover with reference to profitability;
• formation of ideas about project scaling;
• participation in team meetings;
• keeping statistics and filling out reports;
• responsibility for the result of working with feeds.
