Minimum expectations:

• Kindness and sociability; 
• Literacy of spoken and written Ukrainian, as well as good< /span>level of spoken English;
• Ability to deal with complex requests and conversations;
• Experience in delivery services and dispatching orders;
• Basic orientation in the specifics of the work of customer support systems;
• Interest in creating a Care Service that we will be proud of.

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

Our offer:

• Official employment and social guarantees;
• Income: for the trial period - UAH 171/hour, after - UAH 187/hour;
• The possibility of a bonus system after the department starts working;
• The schedule is variable: 5/2(weekend - not always a weekend),from8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.(12 hour shift);
• Format: office/hybrid (1-2 days a week remotely);
• Location: Mechnikova, 9 (Klovska subway, goodwine store premises)
