Description:GlobalLogic Sweden would like to invite a Senior Android Platform Developer to join our clients for Automotive projects in Gothenburg, Sweden.Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and China and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars. We have many interesting engagements in the automotive industry and other domains, currently we are growing in the Nordics with HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.Requirements:BS degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related field4+ years of Full Stack Engineer, Senior Developer, Cloud Engineer, or similar experienceExpert in GoLangFamiliarity with Azure Cloud (AKS, KeyVault, Blob Storage, ServiceBus, DevOps)Expert background in writing rest apis to be deployed on KubernetesExcellent verbal and written english communication skillsFamiliarity with caching frameworks (redis, CDN)Familiarity with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassandra) databasesAble to lead and keep a team focused and on trackAble to collaborate with other technical leaders to provide input on architectural decisionsUnit Testing plus Integration and Deployment TestingJob Responsibilities:You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.You will be ensuring high quality Android and applications used both in the car and connected devices associated with the next generation of vehiclesYour primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. Because of this, any previous experience working with Azure cloud services will be highly valuable.You will participate in, and adhere to, professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management (git), Jira, and GitHub.You will participate in software code reviews.
