• Remote work (you have the opportunity to work without leaving from home).
• Working schedule in the time interval 7:00-23:30, weekends floating, minimum shift per day 7 hours.
• Official employment (salary payment 2 times per month, on clearly established dates, without delays).

To work remotely, you need a computer or laptop, stable Internet and a headset with a microphone.

We are looking for you if you:

• You have a PC at a high level.
• You can absorb a large amount of information in a short time.
• You know English language from level A2 (our website interface is in English and you will need to navigate in this information).
• You are flexible according to the schedule and can work 5 days a week from 7 hours a day between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
• You like to communicate and help others.
• You can listen and find a solution that meets the client's needs.
• You are fluent in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
• You are fast and can switch simultaneously between different tasks, for example, to take a call and answer the client on time.

What you will do:

• Accept chats from customers and couriers.
• Make and receive calls.
• Fix information in the database.
