German translator - application administrator (customer support) in Autodoc

We are an international company AUTODOC (www.autodoc.eu): based in Germany and specializing in the sale of auto parts and accessories for cars.

We are looking for a specialist with knowledge of German language (C1/B2) in our team to work with customer reviews and conduct consultations in the event of the need to exchange and return goods based on requests received from our customers (training and internships are paid by the company).

Terms:

• remote work
• on/off depending on the results of the interview in the specified range
• flexible schedule: 8 or 5.5 working hours per day (+ lunch break + 10-minute breaks) ), 5 working days per week, 2 days off per week
• employment by labor contact
• exclusively consultative customer support: on questions of return and exchange of goods according to previous requests WITHOUT initial cold calls and sales - only in writing

General requirements for candidates:

• knowledge German languageC1/B2 (spoken and written) - communication with clients only in writing
• desired experience working with clients
• accommodation on the territory of Ukraine and permission to stay and work in Ukraine
