General QA Engineer in Mriya

We are looking for a General QA Engineer to join our development team . You will have a unique opportunity to join the product in the most interesting period of its formation, you will go along the way with a super strong team

Our team is looking for a person who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in the field of quality assurance (of which at least six months — mobile application testing)
- Knows the principles and methodologies of testing, has an understanding of SDLC
- It has confident experience in using iOS and Android devices, understands the specifics of modern operating mobile systems
- Has experience in using test design techniques and experience in writing test documentation (checklist, test case, test plan, bug report)
- Oriented in Atlassian Stack products (Jira, Confluence)
- Familiar with any REST client and uses it for API testing: Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, JMeter or others
- Can confidently configure and use traffic sniffers: Fiddler or Charles
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, noSQL)
- Understands client-server architecture
- Has a higher technical education

What you will do:
- Analyze product requirements and participate in their discussions
- Create test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.)
- Conduct all types of testing at different stages of the development life cycle (mobile, API testing, etc.)
- Develop General QA engineer skills , applying modern automation methods on the project

It will be an advantage:
- Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, simulators and emulators
- Basic knowledge of the processes of distribution, publishing and support of native mobile applications
- Commercial experience of testing backend services
- Ability to use services of cloud devices for testing (Browserstack, LamdaTest) and developer tools in the browser /mobile device
- Experience writing automated tests using popular frameworks (for example, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Github Actions) to automate testing processes
- Knowledge of testing methodologies that include automation, such as BDD (Behavior Driven Development) or TDD (Test Driven Development)
