What is your role?

ULIS General Manager Vinyavi is a leader who treats the location as his own business. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the facility: from forming a team "from scratch" and setting up the guest journey according to ULIS standards to managing P&L, brand reputation and ensuring service excellence.

What will you do?

• Pre-opening management: together with the Operations Director and the launch team, you will finalize the technical readiness of the location, organize logistics and initial filling of the object

• Formation of the Dream Team: independently select, train and adapt the local location team (maids, technicians, security, drivers), building a culture of initiative and cooperation

• Economy and P&L: exercise full control over financial results, form and protect budgets, optimize costs and ensure profitability

• Customer Experience (CX): create an atmosphere of hospitality, work with guest reviews (together with the care service) and initiate activities that will make ULIS Vinyava a favorite place for guests

• Technical condition and security: guarantee the ideal condition of the infrastructure and territory, monitor preventive maintenance and the safety of each guest.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Do youmanagement experience in the field of customer service from 3 years (experience in HoReCa will be a significant advantage)

• You are a born leader, able to make decisions autonomously, without micromanagement by the Management Company

• You have an entrepreneurial approach: you don't just follow instructions, you searchways to develop the territory and increase profits

• Do you live in Lviv or Lviv region (or neighboring regions) or are you ready to relocate

• It will be a big plus if you have your own car
