General Director of the event complex/CEO in Rozsoha N.A., FOP

We are one of the largest modern world-class multifunctional complexes in Ukraine. It hosts international exhibition forums, conferences, concerts, festivals and public events that bring together thousands of people.

We are looking for a leader who can lead the complex and turn it into an event center of a new level. This is a role for a person who can think in terms of strategies, infrastructure, numbers and big transformations.

The main challenges and task:

• Build and implement a large-scale development strategy of the complex;
• Position the site as a key event complex of the state;
• Develop new formats of cooperation and international partnerships;
• Expand the portfolio of events and tenants;
• Increase occupancy, monetization and profitability;
• Manage the infrastructure of a large-scale facility;
• Build a strong management team;
• Manage modernization, reconstruction, development of areas;
• Implement new technological solutions.

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has 5 years of managerial experience in the role of CEO/Director;
• Managed large operating businesses (infrastructure, HoReCa, event and concert venues, shopping centers, commercial real estate, etc.);
• Has experience in managing large teams (50+ employees);
• Understands the financial model of complexes and large projects;
• Able to conduct negotiations at a high level - with partners, major organizers;
• Has crisis management skills;
• Has strategic thinking, determination and the ambition to "do things big";
