Tasks that will be faced by the General Director:

• Participation in the development of the concept of the development strategy of shopping malls/malls/biological centers
• Organization, planning and control of the current activities of the malls
• Management of operational processes
• Participation in projects aimed at increasing the profitability of shopping malls
• Creating proposals for optimizing operational processes
• Preparation and analysis of financial and operational reporting
• Control and analysis of receivables debts
• Management of the company's personnel regarding the organization of processes and execution control
• Optimization and cost control of the company's departments
