- Leadership and team management: creation and maintenance of an effective organizational structure, team management and development of leadership qualities among employees.

- Financial management: control over the company's financial flows, cost optimization and profitability improvement.

- Product development and innovation: initiative and implementation of new technologies in the field of energy saving and improvement of the assortment, improvement of product quality.

- Marketing and sales: development of strategies for expansion of sales markets, including international ones, optimization of channels sales and maintaining a high level of customer service.

- Communication with partners and government bodies: support and development of partnership relations, interaction with authorities, increasing the company's reputation on the market.

Requirements for the candidate:

- Work experience: at least 5 years in the position of general director or other management position in a company engaged in production or trade (preferably in the field of construction, energy saving or production of metal-plastic windows).

- International experience: preferably experience of doing business on international markets, preferably in Europe.

- Financial management: skills in managing large budgets and strategic planning.

- Leadership: ability to motivate and inspire a team, make effective decisions in conditions of high competition.

- Communicability: excellent negotiation skills, working with key partners and authorities.

- Higher education: preferably in the field of economics, management, engineering or business.
