General director in Lyudskiy Faktor / Human Factor

For a logistics company with 15+ years of stable development, we are looking for a General Director who will dive deep into the business and bring the direction of multimodal international transportation in Ukraine to stable market leaders.

We are looking for a leader who:

• Quickly enters into all processes. It is not about "managing from the office", but about full inclusion in operations, finance, strategy, team, customers, suppliers from the first day
• Forms a clear plan for the first 90 days
• Sees growth points and immediately translates them into concrete actions
• Gives measurable results in a short period of time

Area of responsibility:

• Full business management in Ukraine and coordination of international direction
• Implementation of scaling strategy
• Optimization of operating model and growth of profitability
• Launch of new products and solutions
• Development of management team and partnerships

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience of bringing the company to market leaders
• Strategic thinking, willingness to work "in the field"
• English B2+
• High decision-making speed
