1. General duties of the General Director
Strategic management of the company:
- Development and approval of the company's long-term development strategy based on market analysis and trends in the professional cosmetics industry.
< li>Determining the company's mission and values, which affect brand positioning and corporate culture.
Financial management:
- Control over the implementation of financial plans and budgets of all departments .
- Analysis of financial reports and key performance indicators (KPI) with the aim of optimizing profitability.
- Ensuring profitability and sustainable growth of the company through cost management and productivity improvement.
Operational efficiency:
- Management of production processes, product quality control and compliance with international standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Ensuring timely supply of products throughout Ukraine and international markets.
- Operational control over the main production and logistics chains.
Team management:
- Appointment and control of the work of department heads (logistics, SMM and marketing, sales, production, HR, finance, IT, etc.).
- Supporting professional growth and training of company employees.
- Motivating the team to achieve strategic and operational goals.
Marketing and sales:
- Approval of a marketing strategy aimed at strengthening the company's position in the professional cosmetics segment in Ukraine and abroad.

- Control over the activities of international representatives of the company, development of distribution channels and partnerships.
Innovations and R&D:
- Coordination of research and development of new products, innovative solutions and improvements in production.

Legal and regulatory responsibility:
- Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations in the field of production and sale of cosmetic products.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation from quality certificates and product safety.
2. Interaction with international representative offices
- Development of international business:
- Constant interaction with international partners and representatives.
- Development and implementation of export strategies to expand presence on foreign markets markets.
- Participation in international exhibitions and conferences to strengthen the brand and find new partners.
Support of local markets:
- Analysis of specifics and requirements of local markets (cultural, legislative etcability).

- Set depending on the position, experience and qualifications of the employee.
