Our partner is actively developing and looking for a General Director for production in its team. 

Tasks before you:

1. Development and implementation of long-term and medium-term strategic plans, adapted to the dynamic conditions of the Ukrainian market, to ensure sustainable growth of the company.
2. Implementation of the 6M management system, which ensures high product quality and the development of mechanisms of constant improvement.
3. Transformation of the customer interaction model with an emphasis on transition from a "sales-centric" to a "customer-centric" approach, focusing on the created values ​​for B2B partners.
4. Formation of an effective corporate strategy in the conditions of the changing market of Ukraine.
5. < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Building a customer-centric culture by implementing a matrix organizational structure and developing business units with separate product directors for each customer group.
< li>Transforming interaction with B2B customers to create additional value through deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
6. Development of innovative product management processes, including introducing new products to the market and ensuring their competitiveness.
7. Readiness for relocation.
