GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.
Within implementation projects aimed at increasing safety and awareness of the population, we are looking for a gender-based violence prevention (GBV) trainer to conduct informational and educational activities.
Main duties and tasks:
Conducting information sessions, trainings and group activities on GBV prevention;
Preparation and adaptation of educational materials according to the target groups (adults, youth, etc.);
Increasing the awareness of visitors about the types of HSEs, ways of prevention and available assistance services;
Creation of a safe and supportive space during events;
Providing basic information about referral mechanisms to specialized services (by needs);
Keeping reports on the activities carried out in accordance with the internal procedures of the Organization and the requirements of donors;
Adherence to the ethical principles, protection and confidentiality policies of the Organization.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education in the field of social work, psychology, pedagogy, gender studies or related areas;
Experience in conducting trainings, informational or group events (experience in the topic of sexual harassment is a must);
Understanding approaches, principles and standards of work in the field of sexual harassment prevention;
Skills in facilitating groups and working with sensitive topics;
Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level levels;
Responsibility, ethics, empathy, the ability to work with different target groups;
Willingness to comply with the Organization's Code of Conduct and policies.
Work format:
Project employment / part-time employment;
Conducting activities in support spaces (the schedule is agreed in addition);
Cooperation is possible on the terms of FOP.
