Main duties:

1. Full management of the filling station complex:

• Control and provision of uninterrupted and safe reception, storage, release and accounting of petroleum products of the store and cafe of the gas station, according to standards in force in the Company.
• Implementation of requirements for the operation of gas stations, ensuring reliable accounting and reporting at gas stations, maintaining all necessary documentation for operation of gas stations, control of cash discipline.
• Control of the improvement of gas stations, ensuring the cleanliness of the territory, technological and trade equipment, premises, buildings and structures of gas stations.
• Control and ensuring the serviceability of equipment, mechanisms, buildings, and as well as production and auxiliary buildings at gas stations.

1. Organization of effective work of employees, participation in selection, training of employees at the workplace in standards and service scenarios, active sales.
2. Ensuring high service standards. Increasing the attractiveness and maintaining a positive image of the gas station.
3. Development and implementation of measures aimed at increasing the sale of fuel, store goods and cafe products.
4. Prompt resolution of current organizational and economic problems.

Working conditions:

• Working days: Mon-Fri;  rest days: Sat-Sun.
• The duration of the trial period in accordance with the requirements and norms of the law.
