- Plan, execute and analyze gamification campaigns to activate, retain and re-engage players;
- Analyze and create segments for gamification campaigns;
- Manage content in the internal gamification office;
- Publish and update content;
- Develop and maintain a gamification calendar focused on key goals and ensure timely fulfillment of deadlines;
- Help identify new gamification techniques that are available for customization in the internal gamification office to support high levels of customer engagement;
- Ensure compliance of the published content with the general concept of the promo;
- Cooperate with content authors, designers and other employees as needed;
- Test installed content to make sure everything is working correctly;
- Participate in hypothesis testing related to retention and activation metrics.
We need your professional experience:
- Experience in content management and work with CMS (Strapi, etc.);
- Betting/gaming experience is a must;
- Experience in gamification is mandatory;
- Experience with India/Latin America regions will be a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Figma;
- The level of English is at the Upper-Intermediate level.
