Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the entire game development process, from concept to releaseSet clear objectives and monitor progress at all stages of productionDevelop and implement product strategies, ensuring milestones and deadlines are metCollaborate closely with developers, artists, designers, and other departments to align efforts and goalsOptimize workflows and resolve production-related issues as they ariseOversee project budgets and report to upper management.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a Game Producer or similar roleStrong understanding of the game development process, production phases, and project managementExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environmentProven ability to balance project requirements with timelines and budget constraintsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of modern gaming technologies and industry trendsProficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher)
