We are expanding our dream team and are looking forGame Operations Manager.
Responsibility:
- Implementation of the Daily Game Releases Roadmap: adding the game, generating images, working in BO and project admins.
< li>Filling the calendar with releases.- Performing planned removal of games at the initiative of the provider / due to optimization, etc.
- Adding new providers, planned removal of old providers.
- li>Transfer of providers from one integration to another / from one technical parameters to others, etc.
- Change of various technical parameters of games upon request.
- Execution of the plan according to the Network Promotions Roadmap, filling out the roadmap on the Wiki, setting up the necessary tickets, turning on and off promotions on our projects.
- Selling seats under promos in categories and tournaments.
- Filling out various monthly promo reports.

What we expect:
- Experience in the position of Customer Support, Customer service manager, Customer care manager (iGaming) from the 1st year.
- Proficiency in English at the B1+ level or higher.< /li>
- Practical experience with CRM systems.
- Organization, independence.
- Communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
