We are looking for a Game Economy Designer to join our international development team for creating our F2P Turn based RPG game — “Junkineering”.

As a Game Economy Designer, you will be responsible for:
✔️Creating economic models for new features;
✔️Devising challenges and promotional models based on user behavior and segmentation;
✔️Manage the economy including inflation, balances and player progression.

Your goal will be to design and manage all systems that will encourage the player to invest in a game in order to enhance their experience through acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

✔️You ideally have experience in mobile game development, in the design phase and in the “Live Ops” phase;

✔️Proven ability to design and improve F2P monetization features;
✔️Strong knowledge of game design and level design (gameplay, learning curve, staging, difficulty, balancing, pacing, reward, accessibility);

✔️Excellent logical, analytical and mathematical skills;
✔️Good understanding of F2P best practices (Acquisition-Retention-Monetization, Ads, analytical KPIs);
✔️Passion for designing F2P games and understanding what makes them fun;
✔️Good ability to provide feedback on existing business systems;

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

📌Optimize the main KPI’s of the game regarding monetization and retention: analyze these key indicators, identify the necessary evolutions;
📌Design the game’s monetization systems, ensure their development and measure the impact on the game’s KPIs;
📌Define a monetization strategy to improve game retention and revenues, while respecting the quality of the player experience and their expectations;
📌Manage the economics, pricing and distribution of virtual goods in the game;
📌Balance the propositions of the different types of content available, as well as the balancing of virtual currencies;
📌Ensure consumer understanding and track community feedback (in collaboration with community management and marketing);
📌 Respond to feedback, analysis and test results in a constructive manner with suggestions, logical and reasoned solutions to improve the existing functionality of the economic system;
📌Research and stay current on industry trends, including new game genres, design methods, game themes and F2P mechanics.
