We are looking for an experienced Dev QA Engineer with a deep understanding of game development processes, debugging, performance testing, and platform certification. We are looking for an experienced Dev QA Engineer with a deep understanding of game development processes, debugging, performance testing, and platform certification. If you are good at building pipelines, collaborating with a team, and are committed to improving product quality, join us! 

Requirements:

— Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile).
— Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to build pipelines.
— Experience working with CI/CD systems and version control tools like GitHub.
— Deep familiarity with the Unity game engine and game development workflows.
— Expertise in certification requirements – knowledge of platform compliance (TRC, XR, Lotcheck) for submitting builds.
— Ability to assess game performance, identify crashes, memory leaks, and optimize builds.
— Experience with analytics and telemetry tools, such as Sentry or Backtrace, to monitor and resolve issues.
— English proficiency level Upper-intermediate (English language project).
— Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, designers, and producers.
— Adaptability and a problem-solving mindset to adjust to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

— Collaborate closely with the development team to support build stability and optimize the game.
— Analyze logs, debug builds, and investigate root causes of issues.
— Create clear and actionable bug reports and help resolve issues efficiently.
— Validate builds against platform compliance standards and ensure successful submission.
— Monitor game performance, detect and address performance issues, crashes, and bottlenecks.
— Utilize telemetry and crash reporting tools to identify potential issues before release.
— Contribute to improving QA processes and increasing testing efficiency.
