Game Designer (World of Tanks) in Wargaming Group Limited

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a  Game Designer to work on the legendary  World of Tanks action MMO game with 160 million registered users worldwide.

What will you do?

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
• Experience working in a team, with a solid understanding of teamwork principles.
• Understanding of modern F2P projects, including their meta and design ideas.
• Capability to work within restrictions and legacy systems to solve problems as they arise.
• Ability to be responsible, proactive, and semi-autonomous. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English level B1 or higher.

What are we looking for?

• Own features as part of a separate team on the project, creating and maintaining their backlog and necessary GD documentation. Control the game design direction and ensure the quality of its implementation.
• Work primarily with meta-systems in collaboration with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Translate the high-level game vision and design direction into specific features, systems, and elements.
• Use input from researchers, data analysis, other teams, and designers to create enjoyable experiences for the player.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and playtests.

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
