Now, we are expanding into the gaming sector with innovative projects like web3 games.What to do:Design and develop engaging web3 games inspired by Hamster Combat and similar titles.Collaborate with the development team to implement game mechanics, features, and content.Evaluate game design concepts, assess risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Regularly communicate with the Product Owner to align on project goals and milestones.We are looking for:2+ years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio of web3 or blockchain-based games.Proficiency in game design tools and software.Ability to create compelling game mechanics, engaging storylines, and intuitive user experiences.Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle, including prototyping, UI/UX design, and AI logic implementation.General vision of project structure and architecture.Will be a plus:Experience in developing mobile games clickers or similar to Hamster Combat.Familiarity with crypto tools and quiz-based game mechanics.Working conditions:Direct communication with CTO;English is not required;Ability to influence the final product;Stable salary payment;There are no toxic people in the company;High speed of development, we have a plan for each employee;There is no bureaucracy in the company;Flexible work schedule;Full remote;If you are passionate about game design and want to be part of a fast-growing company, we would love to hear from you!
