GlobalLogic invites Game Designer to join the team.

We are seeking a talented Game Designer with strong production skills to lead our game development team. The ideal candidate will design engaging game mechanics, drive the creative vision, and manage the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in game design and production management.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine, Unity.
• Level and System Design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design game mechanics, systems, and levels that align with the project’s vision.
• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Collaborate with team in order to to create a cohesive game experience.
• Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct playtesting and iterate on game features based on feedback.
• Maintain clear communication across the team and with upper management.
