Game Designer in Tatem Games

At Tatem Games, we develop a full cycle of our own games for mobile devices that captivate players around the world. 

We are currently in need of expansion, so we are looking for a talented Game Designer to join our creative team.

If you have a passion for games, puzzles, experience in creating them and the ability to create vivid players' gaming experience, let's get to know each other!)

Position overview:

We are looking for a Middle/Middle+ Game Designer (with experience development of mobile puzzle games ideally, but are willing to consider other options, for example - hybrid-casual and casual market ).

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology and mobile game trends. 

He will work closely with our development team to create exciting and challenging puzzles that will keep players coming back for new experiences and emotions.)

Approximate profile of our ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of game design experience (willing to consider options, open to dialogue);
• Game portfolio showcasing your experience and creativity in creating games;
• Owning game design tools such as Figma, Miro, Gdocks;
• Understanding mobile game monetization strategies and player retention methods;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to multitask and work with several projects at the same time;
• Passion for mobile games and understanding of the puzzle genre;

• Important: to be a tax resident of Ukraine (must have an active FOP group 3).

  Desired skills:

• Experience data analysis and use of analytics to make design decisions;
• Be familiar with Agile development methodologies;

• Knowledge of Unity.
