 We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to create and lead the development of top mobile games in the casual genre.

Your future tasks:

• Game concept development, including game mechanics, features, and a brief plot synopsis. 
• Creation of prototypes to evaluate project prospects. 
• Development of gameplay and key mechanics. 
• Communication with the team, delegation of tasks and control of development stages. 
• Promoting the project, preparing presentations, working with creatives. 
• Maintenance of project documentation and its updating. 
• Planning and control of development stages, adjustment of plans. 
• Analysis of the market and current trends, analytics of metrics after the release.
  
  
  

Your experience is relevant to us if you have:

• Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation (GDD, concept documents).
• Knowledge of game mechanics, gameplay features and modern game trends industry.
• Skills in creating game prototypes and working with game engines (Unity).
• Experience working in a team with artists, programmers, animators and other specialists.
• Ability to plan and control game development stages.
• Experience with development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to analyze game metrics and post-release data.
