- Work experience from 3 years on furniture production and or related industries; : 400 "> Team Management Experience;
- Knowledge of technological processes of furniture production;
- Knowledge of specialized furniture production programs; ;
- flexibility in choosing a goal strategy;
- Command.
Work conditions :
- democratic management style, flexibility;
- competitive stable with/p; Li style = "font-weight: 400"> From time to time a business trip on branches of the company within Ukraine;
- work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9.00-18.00 or with 8.00 to 17.00.
responsibilities :
- planning, organization, control and management of furniture department projects;
- introduction of new technologies and new technologies and Department's Ubrot;
- Development of cost reduction mechanisms and production optimization;
- development and implementation of an efficient system efficient motivation of department staff;
