About the position:

In our community, we are looking for a Fullstack Web developer who wants to join the development of the company's corporate website, as well as closely interact with the marketing team and our Chief Marketing Officer, who contributes to the ambitious results of our marketing department.

With us you will be able to:

• Develop and maintain headless WordPress architecture;
• Optimize website performance (especially mobile);
• Implement lazy loading and partial rendering;
• Improve Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse score;
• Implement technical SEO;
• Support external integrations (forms, webhooks, API) you have:
  • From 3 years of experience with WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API);
  • Sure knowledge of PHP 8+;
  • English language at Intermediate+ level (B1+);
  • Experience with headless CMS approach;
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+);
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and Webpack;
  • Practical experience of performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP);
  • Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability);
  • Experience of working with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar);
  • Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP basic principles);
  • Experience of working with Git and CI/CD;
  • Experience in A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and product optimization;
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and effectively manage tasks in tracking systems;
  • Ability to effectively collaborate between technical and marketing teams, translating business tasks into technical solutions;
  • Orientation on results and the ability to bring projects to completion within the set deadlines.
