Who we are and why this is a great opportunity

We are an experienced e-commerce company with our own brands, a dozen online stores and strong operational processes. And now we are actively developing our own IT direction.

We are creating an IT service for marketing on marketplaces — forecasting purchases, analytics, automation, product positions, competitors, advertising statistics, tracking business indicators and other tools for sellers.

This is a product that really changes the market.

We have a small but very strong IT team - so far only 4 developers and a product. Therefore, this is an ideal time to enter: you come at an early stage, when there is already stability in the company, but there is still a lot of freedom, influence and opportunities to grow.

Plus we have already started the development of a second IT product, so the work is interesting, challenging and ambitious - very a lot.

Your tasks:

• Forecasting demand for goods based on sales history and stock balances
• Calculating optimal order volumes taking into account
  delivery dates suppliers
• Adaptation of models for holiday sales and peak events (Black Friday,
  holidays)
• Automation of procurement recommendations and inventory management. ?
• Working with existing code and architecture, understanding the logic of the system.
• Functional testing, catching and fixing bugs.
• Working with new features, proposing optimizations.
• Active participation in new product development.
• Writing code without dependence on ChatGPT - with a real understanding of processes.

Hard Skills:

Work format:

• 100% remote, although you can come and work in the office in the center Kyiv
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00, all communication in TG and in MIT
• Salary level is decent and transparent
