 Full-Time Remote Startup Associate - 13,000 UAH/month + Growth Potential

We're hiring a full-time remote operator to support FlashAid — a UK-based healthtech startup (flashaid.co.uk / flashaid-ai.com). You’ll be working directly with the founders, available almost 24/7 for small but important tasks that keep the startup moving.

This is a hands-on role and a rare learning opportunity to see how a real startup operates from the inside.

 Example Tasks:

• Create social media posts

• Shorten scripts, update pitch decks (Figma)

• Find and manage freelancers/agencies

• Manage reviews (Google Play, App Store, etc.)

• Format contracts from templates

• Write and send emails

• Help with fundraising tasks

• Handle small urgent tasks, fast

 Requirements:

• Fluent English

• Extremely reliable & fast responder

• Available most of the time, including weekends if needed

• Self-sufficient and fast learner

 Offer:

• 13,000 UAH/month paid weekly

• Full-time contract after a 2-day paid trial

• Possibility of small equity in the company if performance is strong
