Full-time/part-time Call Center Operator (remotely) in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a full-time Call-Center operator to its team (remote).

What needs to be done:

• Formation of orders for medicines to pharmacies and laboratories;
• Registration of insured persons for consultations with doctors in hospitals and clinics;
• Registration of appeals in accounting systems;

What we are we expect from you:

• Experience working in a call center will be an advantage;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
• Clean, well-articulated speech (without diction defects);
• Confident PC user; 
• Activity, sociability, initiative.

As a coordinator of medical assistance, you will play an important role in ensuring effective and favorable communication with by our customers.
