Weare looking for dynamic, high character and collaborative people tojoin our team.Basic Job DescriptionAsthe Software Engineer, you will beresponsible for building FMA (Facility Management Application) end-to-end product vision. This includes everything from working with leadership tohone the overall product vision, going through all the stages ofSDLCprocess, and ontothe final production deployment. This might include writing code orevolving product database, mentoring members ofthe development team, trouble-shooting coding challenges;The Software Engineer will report tothe Lead ofSoftware Engineering and Software Operations Manager.Note: Technical interview will beconducted inEnglish, Ukrainian and Russian.Essential Roles and FunctionsTake the architecture ofthe software tothe next levelParticipate &improve development processesAdd your technical voice tohelp hone the overall FTD product visionExecute aplan that brings that vision into realityContribute tothe success ofsoftware development teamCommunicate regularly and openly tothe whole FTDteam, about progress and challenges during the development processEnsure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs (incl., InfoSec, AIintegration, etc.).Work closely with the Lead ofSoftware Engineering, Product manager, the Customer Success Management, and Operations Manager todefine and deliver new product features and capabilities.QualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability topresent atechnological vision confidently.Middle orSenior level software development experience (3-5+ years) with Python and Php backend isarequired. Modern browserUI frameworks are considered asastrong plus. Good candidate will possess solid knowledge ofalgorithms/time complexity, common data structures, Linux, and networking.Proven experience with end-to-end product design and build, executing aproduct vision all the way from concept tofinal production deployment.Experience dealing with third party APIs and external servicesExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good ego management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.Exceptional attention todetail and accuracy.Asecurity-centric approach toproduct design.Upper intermediate inEnglish and understands orspeaks both ofUkrainian and Russian.Solid experience with agile development, the following experiences asauser are amust: git, Jira, CI/CDprocess.
