About the Role:
We are currently seeking a seasoned and proactive hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding design efforts, developing new features, and making critical project decisions. The perfect candidate is a creative problem solver who values smart and effective solutions and designs, enjoys sharing their work and receiving feedback, and thrives on challenges to identify the optimal path for both the product and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development team in building features with Node.js and React;
2. Technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards;
3. Participate in architectural decisions and steer the team towards implementing top-tier software quality through best practices;
4. Act as a “feature owner” and oversee the entire development lifecycle: software design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement;
5. Collaborate with team members and internal clients on technical challenges;
6. Diagnose system issues and deliver prompt, comprehensive solutions.

Required Competence and Skills:

• 10 years of experience in software development;
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React;
• 2+ years experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Proven experience in delivering and large-scale robust available SaaS application;
• Experience with microservice architecture;
• Experience in leading the design and execution of several developers, conducting design reviews, code reviews and test reviews;
• Proven experience in end-to-end feature life cycle ownership from product requirements to architecture and design to development and testing;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
• BSc computer science education.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience developing using Python;
• Experience with AWS cloud.
