We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join our partner’s project! You will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, innovative software applications using React, Node.js, and other relevant technologies. You will be a hands-on leader, contributing to technical discussions, mentoring developers, and ensuring efficient execution of projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer with a strong understanding of website building principles and procedures and working with technologies such as React and Node.js
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing development teams
• Experience with MySQL databases
• Advance English level
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passion for building high-quality software and driving results

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development and deployment of web applications using React, Node.js and MySQL
• Cultivate a collaborative and positive team environment by actively participating in coding activities, fostering teamwork, and promoting knowledge sharing among team members
• Define project requirements, break down tasks and create project plans and schedules
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and guide developers on diverse work practices
• Identifying and solving technical problems and barriers
• Foster a cooperative and positive team environment
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and other teams
