We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Mechanical/Industrial Engineer specializing in mechanical, industrial, and electrical engineering to collaborate on innovative product design and development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating scalable solutions, managing production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Prototyping: Develop and refine scalable mechanical and industrial product designs tailored to client needs.
  • Product Development: Manage the entire lifecycle of product development, from concept to production, including prototyping, assembly, and scaling.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance during product assembly and testing phases, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  • Client Interaction: Engage in recorded interviews to present product designs, address challenges, and discuss solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on design challenges, QC processes, and outcomes.
  • Rate Structuring: Provide transparent pricing models for project-based or hourly engagements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in designing and fabricating products at scale.
    • Expertise in managing quality control throughout the production process.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Familiarity with CAD tools and other relevant design software.
    • Fluency in English for seamless communication and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Linux command-line tools for project collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate in product design and process improvement.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing completed projects and scaled designs.
