Your mission

2023 has been a big year for hyperexponential. Our profile is growing rapidly, and our customer base with it. We have tonnes of exciting features to develop and we want to deliver more of them in parallel, sooner, safer, than we've ever done before. To make sure we're set for the future we're going to be looking at all our systems, refreshing most of them and reworking the rest to get us ready for anything. It's a deeply exciting prospect for us, and your mission will be to help us deliver this!

The Model Development Experience (MDX) Team’s mission is to empower our customers to build and iterate their models faster, easier and with advanced tooling to provide novel insights and assistance. In addition to these new experiences, we are committed to improving our existing user flows and modularising our technical systems to reduce complex coupling with other teams.

Required e xperience and skills

• Experience using Kotlin / JVM technologies with Spring & Hibernate
• Understanding of Version Control Systems (VCS) and the principles behind them
• Basic knowledge of Python and/or Typescript is a plus but is not required
• Have a demonstrably good working knowledge of fundamental computer science and software engineering principles (algorithms, data structures, complexity, design patterns, architecture)
• Have experience of a complete product development lifecycle (conception through to delivery)
