Job Description

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be involved in all stages of software development, from conception to deployment. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining web applications that provide an exceptional user experience, ensuring seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Deploy: Create responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate: Work with designers and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Implement: Develop scalable and efficient server-side logic and database schemas to support application functionality.
• Optimize: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot: Debug issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Communicate: Effectively gather requirements, provide updates, and coordinate project activities with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Front-End: Expertise in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Back-End: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like Django.
  • Distributed Systems: Experience in building cloud-native software applications using test-driven development.
  • Code Reviews: Experience in leading code reviews and managing testing & debugging.
  • Software Architecture: Strong understanding of software architectures and security for all scales of SaaS applications.
• Product Development: Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle, user experience, and UI aesthetics.
• Database: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Cloud: Experience with Google Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
• Technologies: Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience in leading and participating in code reviews and managing testing and debugging.
