Position: Full-stack Developer WEB (Telegram Bots, Super Apps, Web 3.0)
Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (Flexible)
Type: Full-time / Contract

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate and manage a team of full-stack developers, designers, and analysts.
Define and track project milestones, conduct retrospectives, and facilitate meetings.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable development plans.
Identify project risks and proactively mitigate potential challenges.
Improve collaboration between team members and optimize workflows.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in PHP programming (knowledge of Laravel);    PHP 7.x (8.x), MySQL (advanced level, query optimization skills), Git;
JavaScript, Vue.js is a plus;
Experience working with third-party APIs;
Experience in developing custom APIs;
CSS, jQuery, JS, Bootstrap, Ajax;

Nice to Have:
Redis, WebSocket, RabbitMQ, Firebase; 
Experience working with Telegram applications.
