Full Stack Developer in Global University Systems

In this role, you will work closely with other development team members to create reusable frontend components, responsive UI, API design & development and deliver high-quality solutions that drive the functionality and performance of our applications.Develop efficient web and mobile applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.Design and implement scalable microservices to support application functionality and growth.Collaborate with frontend developers to create reusable components and ensure a consistent user experience across platforms.Design and develop APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between frontend and backend systems.Implement responsive user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility for a wide range of devices and screen sizes.Experience with mobile app development using frameworks like React Native.Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications and microservices.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in full stack development to suggest improvements and optimizations to our technology stack.Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Full Stack Development using MERN stack.Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and workflows, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.Understanding of state management libraries/frameworks, Redux or MobX.Experience building scalable and efficient backend microservices, with a focus on performance optimization and resource management.Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices. Experience with GraphQL schema design and implementation will be an advantage.Deploy microservices on cloud servers using containerization technologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Strong understanding of database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and experience with database modeling, querying, and optimization.Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.Preferred experience/knowledge of the AWS services like Cognito, SES, Lambdas, API Gateway, ECS, Fargate, EC2, Eventbridge, Cloudwatch, SQS, SNS, Kinesis.Exemplary communication skills to collaborate effectively with different cross functional teams.Other information:We acknowledge receipt of your resume for a position at Global University Systems and sincerely appreciate your interest in our company.We will screen all applicants and select candidates whose qualifications meet our requirements.
