About the project: American technology startup that is revolutionizing sales training through the integration of advanced algorithms from OpenAI. With a strong emphasis on the use of leading technologies, the company helps sales teams optimize their performance and succeed in a competitive environment. The idea is backed by leading investors, including SoftBank and Y Combinator.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
• 3+ years of experience in software development, deep knowledge of Node.js and React;
• Experience with Node.js + Typescript and a certain framework in the ecosystem (preferably ExpressJS);
• Understanding of system design and architecture approaches;
• Understanding of design algorithms and patterns;
• Experience with SQL databases (preferably Postgres);
• Understanding unit and integration testing;
• Experience with ML, preferably with prompt engineering, including the ability to work with OpenAI's API to optimize results;
• Ability to work independently, with the ability to unblock yourself in case of problems while writing code;
• Product-oriented thinking (the ability to think about the user experience when making decisions);
• Ability to work taking into account the US time zone of stake holders (to be in touch until 21:00 Kyiv time);
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Cloud Platform (preferably AWS);
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions);
• Experience with Terraform;
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Your tasks:

• Work in the role of Full Stack Engineer both on new features and on improving existing functionality;
• Participate in the discussion of business requirements, propose your vision and discuss it directly with the team;
• Work on the creation of new infrastructure elements;
• Improve system monitoring and stability;
• Writing tests, improving existing code and working with technical debt.
