We are the robota.ua company - a leading online job search platform in Ukraine, which is part of the European holding Grupa Pracuj Ltd and is a partner of the international network The Network. We support the development of the employment market by providing effective tools for employers and job seekers.

We are currently looking for Principal Frontend Software Engineer (Frontend Tech Lead)

Main responsibilities:

• Development of frontend technical direction and adoption of key architectural solutions;

• Leadership in the development of complex UI projects and implementation of key features;

• Mentoring of engineers and raising the general technical level of the team;

• Organization of guild work and implementation of technical standards and code guidelines;

• Cross-functional interaction with product and design teams, participation in planning and discovery;

• Ensuring high performance, availability, security and stability of the platform;

• Determining the long-term architectural evolution of the product and choosing of technologies.

It is important for us:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial development of client applications;

• 3+ years of experience in building and supporting complex services or large production solutions;

• Deep knowledge JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular or other modern frameworks;

• Confident command of HTML, CSS and modern approaches to UI engineering and rendering;

• Experience in designing scalable SPA/MPA architectures and knowledge of patterns (state management, performance, security);

• Understanding the principles of SEO optimization;

• Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and assess risks;

• Leadership qualities, systemic thinking and the ability to lead initiatives from idea to release.

Will be an advantage:

• Broad technical background (experience with C#, C++, Python, etc.);

• Experience in mobile development and optimization under GEO;

• Ability to work with Security & Compliance requirements. hybrid format;
