Frontend developer (WordPress) in PushYOU

We are looking for a front-end developer with 1 year of experience to design WordPress sites from Figma layouts on a ready-made backend. The project is a classic eCommerce with main pages: main page, catalog, product page and checkout. We are considering long-term cooperation for regular projects.

Tasks:

1. Setting up and customizing the theme:

   • Adapting current theme options or integrating a new one: customizing colors, widgets (like footer) and navigation.
   • Using custom styles as needed.
   • Customizing fonts .

2. Integration and customization of plugins:

   • Installing and configuring plugins to add the necessary functionality ( sliders, forms, SEO).
   • Customizing the styles and behavior of third-party plugins using CSS and JavaScript.

3. Compatibility and testing :

   • Ensuring cross-browser compatibility of the theme and plugins.
   • Testing on different devices and browsers.

Optimization of performance:

• Optimization of loading of styles and scripts, reduction of their weight and number of requests.
• Acceleration of site loading using lazy loading of images.

4. Adaptive layout:

   • Special attention to the mobile version and correct display on different screens.

5. Specific tasks:

• Display video on the main banner with a hover for the video.
• Custom display of product filters and pop-up windows (dimensional grid).
• Correct display of content on the product page, in the cart and at checkout, including correct placement of text and form fields.
