Frontend Developer in Stealth

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior React Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior React Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of our frontend applications, leveraging your expertise in React.js to deliver high-quality, performant solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and optimize frontend components, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Responsibilities:Lead the frontend development efforts using React.js, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.Architect and implement complex user interfaces, collaborating closely with design and product teams to translate requirements into elegant frontend solutions.Optimize application performance and user experience through efficient code, responsive design, and performance tuning.Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of excellence within the frontend team.Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and champion their adoption within the team.Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of the frontend codebase.Contribute to the overall architecture and technical roadmap of our frontend applications, driving innovation and scalability.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.Years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and its ecosystem.Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience building complex single-page applications (SPAs).Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Professional development opportunities and ongoing learning resources.Vibrant company culture with regular team events and social activities.
