Requirements : —Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and highly available frontend architectures. —Lead the architectural decisions for all React-based projects. —Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge frontend technologies and tools. —Provide expertise onfrontend performance optimization. —Ensure consistency incode quality through code reviews, automated testing, and refactoring. —Collaborate with UX/UIdesigners, product managers, and backend engineers todeliver seamless user experiences. —Develop and maintain documentation regarding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns. —Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide mentorship tothe development team through workshops and one-on-one sessions. —Assist inthe recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members. Main responsibilities : —Audit ofcurrent projects (upto3projects). —Analysis ofareas for optimization and improvement (overall project structure, custom forms, state management etc). —Recommendations regarding best practices. —Development ofPDP for FrontEnd departments (upto3developers ).
