Front-end (React) Engineer

We are looking for a Front-End Developer for our Lviv Office, who never stops to learn and wants to work in a small, but strong team.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, proactive Front-end Engineer to join our technical team in Lviv and work on innovations within the Product team.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience with Javascript and Typescript;
— 3+ years of experience with React.js
— Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS;
— Experience with client-side code performance optimization, debugging tools;
— Good understanding of cross-browser/platform issues;
— Are not afraid of new technologies;
— You feel comfortable talking with people (yep, customers included), so English is needed;
— Have experience creating and consuming web services and APIs.
Will be a big plus:
— Experience building projects from ground-up;— Experience with Storybook;
— Experience with Styled Components or any other CSS-in-JS libs;
— Experience in implementing web accessibility;
— If you like your job and make projects better with your efforts.
What will you do? First of all, we expect you to care about what you do, no matter what you actually do. This means that only writing code is not enough. Sometimes, asking the right question (asking WHY for a 3rd time) will bring more value, than actually writing a code. In all the work we do at Innocode (own product development, R&D for our customers) we focus on eliminating waste and verifying hypotheses in the cheapest and fastest possible way.
Innocode AS is a Scandinavian and Ukrainian-owned software development company, with a total of 60 people.
We have 2 teams, working on delivering solutions for Scandinavian media companies:
in Lviv we are mostly responsible for a line of own Products for Scandinavian media and newspapers, which are being made with Ruby, JS, iOS, Android, and Elixir: innocode.com/our-products
