You’re not simply finishing tickets. You create new features that will be used by 1000+ customers. You will have the reward of having users tell you they loved what you built, but also the responsibility to build them well.Being Comfortable Saying "I Don't Know": In our team, acknowledging when you lack answers is valued as a strength, not a weakness. It's about using the team's combined knowledge to solve issues efficiently, instead of getting stuck on a problem alone.Ability to Estimate Development Time: You'll need to gauge how long it will take to implement new features with a reasonable degree of accuracy.
