French translator (Customer Service, online store, remote) in Autodoc

We are an international AUTODOC company (www.autodoc.eu): based in Germany and specializing in the sale of auto parts and accessories for cars. We are looking for a specialist with knowledge of the French language (C1) to work with customer reviews and consultations in case of need for exchange and return of goods based on requests received from our customers (training and internships are paid for by the company). Conditions: work remotely or in the office in Odesa (Gogolya St. 23) depending on the results of the interview in the specified range, the schedule is flexible: 8 or 5.5 working hours per day (+ lunch break + 10-minute breaks), 5 working days a week, 2 weekends a week, employment as an employment contact, exclusively consultative customer support: questions about returning and exchanging goods with previous requests WITHOUT initial cold calls and sales.
