Requirements for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter;
• Experience in closing vacancies at various levels: technical staff, line managers, production staff;
• Owning modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates;
• Experience working with job platforms;
• Experience of working with candidate databases;

• Experience of conducting various types of interviews. 

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of personnel;

• Management of the candidate through the selection funnel;
• Introduction of candidate databases
• Review of the labor market;

• Organization of all processes during recruitment;
