About your new job:
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive financial insight, control, and decision support to the business by leading planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities across key functions. The role ensures high-quality financial reporting, robust financial governance, and strong data integrity, while actively monitoring costs, working capital, and performance drivers. Through close partnership with business and functional stakeholders, the FP&A Analyst challenges assumptions, explains financial outcomes, and translates complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support effective decision-making, improve resource allocation, and drive sustainable business performance.

Our new team member needs to:

  • Have a higher university degree in Economics, Finance, or Controlling;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Audit;
  • Be PC literate with strong skills in MS Excel and Access;
  • Demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to translate complex raw data into clear key messages;
  • Possess strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Have an upper-intermediate level of English;
  • Be open-minded and act as a change agent.

You can be successful in this role if you:

  • Lead Business Planning (BP), Rolling Estimate (RE), and flash planning activities, including data coordination, consolidation, and timely submission in line with company standards;
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes within the scope of responsibility;
  • Prepare and review ELT Finance Decks as well as BP, RE, and PF reporting templates;
  • Perform monthly variance analysis, partnering closely with key stakeholders to develop clear and insightful commentary on costs and working capital, with a focus on key performance drivers;
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the assigned area;
  • Support business partners with financial expertise to optimize cost management and resource allocation;
  • Identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate their financial impact;
  • Leverage company digital and analytical tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of financial outputs;
  • Ensure effective financial governance and cost control in line with Group policies and procedures.
