Who we sell to (ICP)
Our key segments: lawyers, law firms, in-house lawyers, accounting/outsourced teams (Ukraine). Selling is consultative: through value, trust, cases and risk/security work.
What to do
Sales (hands-on)
- Lead the full cycle: prospecting > first contact > demo > offer > closing > onboarding
- Build outbound: target lists, communication sequences
- Work with retention — so that customers remain and continue to subscribe
System construction
- Form ICP, segmentation, key use-cases and messages
- Customize CRM processes for yourself: funnel stages, MQL/SQL definition, lead management rules
- Define KPI and analytics: pipeline, conversions, cycle agreements
Marketing coordination
- Give tasks to the SMM contractor: content plan, tone of voice, leads, SLA
- Monitor execution and metrics
Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years in B2C B2B sales of SaaS/IT products
- Real work experience with CRM — not just "entering data", but understanding the logic of the funnel, stages, automations and formulating requirements for setting up the system for your process and work model
- Understanding the SaaS subscription model and its metrics: MRR, churn, LTV, CAC
- Skills in consultative sales: discovery, demo, working with objections
- Independence is a position "from scratch", without ready-made processes
Will be a plus
- Experience in LegalTech, FinTech or B2B platforms for professional services
- Understanding how lawyers, law firms and in-houses make decisions (security, trust, process inertia)
- Proven track record with numbers
